The time it takes to make custom chocolates varies depending on the complexity of the design. Generally, we require 2-3 weeks’ notice for custom orders.
We will always try to work to your timetable, but if it’s impossible, we’ll be upfront and let you know what might be achieved. We want the experience to be stress-free.
For sculptured forms, considerably more time is required, and we would need to talk to you about delivery times based on the complexity of your requirements.
At Little Cocoa, we cater to all orders, big or small. Whether it’s a one-off gift or a large event, we’re equipped to handle your needs with no minimum order constraints.
You can always order more custom boxes if you choose the lifetime tool option for your physical tools. However, if not, we have the opportunity to rebuild the tool from machine files, though this would come at a cost.

When we send by courier, small orders are packaged with an ice gel pack and wrapped in insulated packaging. For larger orders, we use thermally insulated boxes. This mitigates the effect of a warm environment for the duration of the delivery.
