We offer two options you can either get it shipped or organise for factory pickup.
Our chocolates are best stored at room temperature, around 20ºC. The ideal place to keep them is in a cool, dry spot away from heat, direct light and strong odours. If the temperature reaches 30ºC or higher, we recommend that you store the box in a plastic container, wrap it in clingfilm, and then place it in the fridge.
When it comes to eating them, remove them from the fridge and leave them to warm to room temperature before unwrapping them. This process will avoid any unwanted condensation forming on the top of the chocolates.
