Our freighting partners have lifted their capacity in response to Covid-19, so deliveries are largely unaffected. In some instances delayed deliveries may occur that are outside of our control.
In accordance with best practice, social distancing applies if you come to our factory shop.

What are my delivery options?
There are two options – shipped or factory pickup
- We can courier your order to the address / delivery address provided. Delivery charges apply and are added at the checkout.
- You can collect from the factory outlet at Unit 7 / 10 Bailey Crescent, Southport. Please ensure that you consider any packing, protection or transport issues.
Where can you deliver to?
We currently deliver our chocolates across Australia (including regional Australia) and New Zealand.
Can I send to many recipients?
Yes, we specialise in sending business gifts, where the deliveries go to many addresses.
Will my order be shipped straight away?
Our artisan chocolates are a fresh product so we make to order to give you the bests chocolate experience.
So for most standard orders products are ready for shipping within 1-2 business days.
Custom orders will take longer.

Can I order my chocolate online and collect?
Yes, orders may be placed online. Be sure to select the “Collect” shipping option in the checkout.
I’ve placed my order but my shipping details are incorrect. How do I fix?
We are happy to change or amend your shipping details if the request is received before your order has been packed. Please call us on +61 (0) 451 977 172.
What precautions do you take to prevent my order melting?
We want your order to reach you in peak condition.
When we send by courier, small orders are packaged with an ice gel pack and wrapped in insulated packaging. For larger orders we use thermally insulated boxes. This mitigates the effect of a warm environment for the duration of the delivery.
Unfortunately it is difficult to practically service remote communities in hotter months, so we will contact you if we have concerns.
Can I track my order?
When your order is collected for shipment we send you an email and further emails are sent when the goods are out for delivery and then when delivered.
The emails contain a tracking link that can be used at any time to check on delivery status.
What's your guarantee?
We will guarantee that your order is delivered to your door in perfect condition. If something has gone wrong, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the problem.
